Job Description: Family is looking for a DSP for their 16-year-old son, who shares some of their son's interests, such as gaming, bowling, cosplay, bike riding, and is maybe a coffee-drinker, as the client enjoys one cup each morning. Family would like someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changes to routine and needs, and has some experience as a DSP. The client's family would like him to be supported in behavior management, meal preparation, emotional regulation, personal hygiene, and routine/structure building, especially around his educational success. A Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) has been developed, so experience with behavior support is preferred, as well as experience with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays. The family is particularly interested in meeting candidates who share the client's favorite hobbies.
