Schedule:
Mondays: 5:00am-9:00am, and 4:30-8:00pm
Tue-Friday: 6:00am-9:00am, and 4:30-8:00pm
Weekends: 6:00am - 9:00pm

Needs: Mom is seeking a DSP for an almost 3-year-old, energetic little boy, who loves going to the park, and enjoys all things sensory from sensory chairs and bubbles. Client enjoys a structured routine at home. She would like a DSP who is able to provide transportation to ABA therapy, which the client attends M-F at 9am. Additionally, the client's mother would like him to be supported in light meal support, positive engagement with chosen activities, basic hygiene and toileting, and dressing. Family is open to support during any of their available hours, and do not need one DSP to cover all hours.

Must be comfortable with commuting to the clients home (use zip-code 97219 for commute reference)

Requirements

Daily Requirements: 

  • Scheduling – each DSP has a set schedule with the assigned client(s) 

  • Smart phone – use a cell phone to clock in/out for visits and complete the daily progress notes. 

  • Patient, Kind and Positive – caring for clients with disabilities requires someone who can be patient, support the client through kindness and understanding, and provide positive reinforcement throughout the shift. 

  • Driving – depending on the client, they may need to be driven to community events or appointments.  Valid license and insurance required if driving will be needed.  

  • Support – develop and maintain positive working relationships with the assigned client(s), their families and the FRR Support Manager
