About F.R.R.
Helping Families
We are a local, family-owned and operated certified Medicaid agency. We care about each and every one of you, clients and support workers alike. Our ultimate goal is to find the perfect match, a support worker that meets the needs of your child, helps them learn, grow, and exceeds your expectations.

We also aim to provide positive, stable, and highly compensated work opportunities for those who have a passion and drive to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We recognize this is a special gift and will do all we can to find the client you are meant to help.
Core Pillars
We provide relief and support for parents and guardians. We offer direct support workers a career that has opportunities for growth, savings and enjoyment.
Connection
Finding the right person for the situation and recognizing that each situation is unique.
Efficiency
Hiring and client onboarding in a timely and orderly manner using the latest technology so parents and guardians get the respite they need as soon as possible.
Quality
Rigorous vetting process for all potential care givers. Pre-start training and continuing education required.
Growth
Helping both the support worker and the clients reach their goals and become their best selves.
Jennifer Card
Executive Director
I am excited to bring my skills and experience from years in the adult education realm to this agency. I love working with children, youth and adults - helping them become the very best version of themselves. I have a daughter with autism and am grateful for the perspective having an autistic daughter and several nieces and nephews who are on the spectrum has given me to better understand the kind of support that is needed for them and their families.
My passions include raising three beautiful, strong, intelligent daughters, hiking, reading, camping, traveling, and now, owning and running a business. Building this business is an opportunity to do good while learning new skills - another one of my passions :) Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be a part of your family in this special way.
