The client enjoys reading, dancing, music, outdoor activities, learning new skills, and spending time on his iPad. He receives ABA therapy in the home about 2 out of the 3 scheduled days, and the DSP will partner with his therapy team to help keep him engaged and supported. Previous ABA exposure is a plus but not required for the right candidate.

-Offer consistent behavior support in coordination with existing supports already in place.
-Use clear, direct communication and reinforce appropriate boundaries to support structure, safety, and successful interactions.
